These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sportbets website (sportbets.ws) and its associated mobile application. sportbetsBy creating an account or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

• Only one account may be opened per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number, email, or payment details is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Opening an account with false information may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Required documents: National ID (NID) or passport, and a selfie.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% of your first deposit, capped at ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Weekly Cashback: 15% of net losses is credited to your account every Monday. Wagering requirement: 3x.
• Free Bet: The original free bet stake cannot be withdrawn — only winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation of the system is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Each bonus offer has a specified validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

• Bet Confirmation: Bets are confirmed automatically upon submission and cannot be cancelled once confirmed (except where the Cash-Out option is available).
• Minimum Bet: A minimum of ৳10 per individual bet.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by market and event. Higher limits apply at VIP levels.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is submitted, the odds at the time of submission will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match Fixing: If a user places bets based on match-fixing or prior knowledge of results obtained through unfair means, sportbets reserves the right to void those bets and permanently close the account.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Only payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name may be used. Third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–48 hours, though additional verification may extend this timeframe.
• sportbets No transaction fees are charged. However, the payment provider's own fees may apply.
• In line with our anti-money laundering policy, transactions of unusual amounts may require additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily maximum via mobile banking is ৳1,00,000.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

sportbets Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence is found of creating or operating multiple accounts.
• If evidence of false identity or fraudulent documents is found.
• In cases of bonus fraud or promotion abuse.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Upon closure, any valid balance is generally refunded; however, amounts related to bonuses or promotions may be forfeited.

• We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 days of the date they are submitted.
• If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet sportbets's recorded data will be considered final.
• Once a complaint is submitted, the related transaction or bet will be placed under review.

If a dispute remains unresolved, third-party mediation may be considered depending on the circumstances.
